It’s good to see that HP had realized the real problem here - Customer Support and Customer Service do not necessarily go hand in hand. Although they do provide a support team, if no customer service is associated with it the customer will not be satisfied. I am glad to see HP finally stepped up and did the right thing for our troops! (...thanks to that Army Captain of course)
